We also invite you to optionally provide your HAPPYWOOL loyalty card number, date of birth, and landline phone number.
For order placement, in addition to the information provided when creating a client space, we collect purchased items.
If you wish to join the HAPPYWOOL loyalty program, the data provided when creating your client space will be used for your membership.
For newsletter registration, we only collect your email address.
Finally, if you wish to contact our customer service via the "Contact" form on our website, we ask you to provide your email address to be able to respond to you.
For order payment, you will be redirected to our partners' sites (MOLLIE, PAYPAL, KLARNA) who collect your personal data directly without us having access (notably your bank details).
Regarding the interest-free three times payment option you can benefit from thanks to our partner KLARNA, we send them the order amount, cart content, your last and first names...
All bank information is entered directly to this partner.

Data Retention Duration
In general, personal data collected via the creation of a client space and/or during an order are kept as long as you log in to your client account and/or make purchases on our site.
